For over 20 years I've worked with hundreds of clients across virtually every industry building brands from the ground up, designing websites, developing marketing strategies, and delivering work that actually moves businesses forward. I've sat across from CEOs, CMOs, and CFOs and helped them translate what they were trying to accomplish into something their customers could feel. That combination of creative thinking and commercial instinct is what I bring to every project and every role.
In 2020 I founded Cloud Cat, a Shopify-based DTC brand with a mission that went beyond retail. Every animal toy sold through the store sent 100% of proceeds directly to animal shelters. I built the entire operation solo, curating and managing nearly 1,000 SKUs across a fully optimized Shopify storefront, identifying emerging trends and high-demand products to stay ahead of the market, and running every business function from inventory forecasting and supplier relationships to email marketing, SEO, and the customer experience. Operating in a highly regulated industry meant my marketing strategies had to evolve constantly. Cannabis-related businesses face unique restrictions across advertising platforms, social media, and payment processing, and the rules were always changing. I navigated shadow bans, shifting platform policies, and evolving state and federal regulations without ever losing an account or a platform, adapting quickly and finding creative solutions every time the landscape shifted. The result was a 33% email open rate, an average order value that grew from $30 to $75, and a brand community built on genuine purpose.
Before Cloud Cat I spent nearly five years embedded on-site at the Florida Department of Transportation through Epic Engineering, simultaneously producing multiple annual reports ranging from 100 to 220+ pages each year, along with digital assets, UI/UX concepts, SharePoint site management, and brand communications for statewide infrastructure initiatives. I consulted directly with the CFO and executive leadership delivering work that met the highest standards of clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency across one of the state's most visible public agencies.
Earlier in my career I worked across agencies and client-facing roles building creative departments, managing projects and budgets, and designing websites in Shopify, and WordPress. I am proficient in producing the full range of brand and marketing deliverables for clients who needed someone they could trust to get it right. I've built service packages and pricing guides from scratch, led client relationships from first meeting through final delivery, and consistently turned business goals into brand experiences that resonate.
What drives me is simple. I want to work on things that matter with people who care about doing them well. It doesn't matter if that's an ecommerce brand, a marketing strategy, a content program, or a creative campaign.
